Calling all photographers! The Fort Collins Symphony is seeking photographs celebrating the vibrant activities Fort Collins has to offer.  Poudre Canyon, kayaking, Old Town, biking, Horsetooth, your favorite hideaway, we want to see them all!  The top 75 to 100 photographs will be featured in the Symphony’s March 5, 2016 Image-Ination concert where Westwater Arts Creative Director, Nicholas Bardonnay, will create an innovative photo-choreographed piece about Fort Collins set to the music of A Fiddler’s Fancy by Richard Meyer and Central Coach Special by Calvin Custer. The Fort Collins Symphony is offering a 25% discount on 2015-16 Season tickets to first-time subscribers who will save anywhere from $47 to $75. Hometown Boy’s Childhood Dream to Conduct the Fort Collins Symphony to Come True

Dr. Ed Siegel will realize a childhood dream as he guest conducts the Fort Collins Symphony in the Prelude to Carmen during the 4th of July Celebration at City Park. Maestro Wes Kenney will conduct the remainder of the concert entitled Reflection on America which will feature such patriotic favorites as an Armed Forces Salute, America the Beautiful, Stars and Stripes, and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture. Maestro Wes Kenney to Direct Symphony’s 2015-16 Season

Fort Collins Symphony Association’s board president Maury Dobbie was pleased to announce today Maestro Wes Kenney’s contract as Music Director has been extended through 2017. Now beginning his thirteenth year, the award-winning conductor will lead the orchestra as they offer a season filled with legendary music composed and performed by artists who will leave a legacy of great performances.
