The Czechs are a robust people, filled with energy and a proud heritage of great music. Two of their unsurpassed 19th century nationalists are Bredrich Smetena and Antonin Dvorak. The Dvorak Symphony No. 7 is filled with exquisite melodies and virtuosic interplay amongst the orchestra. Music by the American iconoclast Russell Peck follows the same sense of rhythmic vitality in a collaboration with of Fort Collins’ great musicians, Peter Sommer.
