Dr. Peter Springberg is an emeritus member of the Symphony Board, having been the President of the Board of Directors from 2004-2005. He is a retired Air Force physician specializing in Nephrology and past medical center commander. He retired from the USAF in 1998 and moved to Fort Collins the following year.

He teaches stewardship, which he terms “Donor Stroking,” to non-profit executive directors and development directors.
Dr. Springberg was married to the late Lt Colonel (retired) Lynnette Jung and has a married adult daughter and one grandchild living in the Washington, DC area. He is a writer with three published short works, over 350 blog posts and has completed drafts of two full-length books.
