The Fort Collins Symphony Guild is sponsoring Dr. Bill Runyan's 2009-2010 lecture series on upcoming Symphony concerts. Dr. Runyan, a 35-year member of the Fort Collins Symphony, hosts this entertaining and wonderfully informative series of talks on the featured composers of each concert. Dr. Runyan plays the bass trombone and is a semi-retired CSU professor of music history.
The lectures are held at noon on the Wednesday immediately preceding each Masterworks Concert in the Ben Delatour Room at the Main Library, 201 Peterson Street. There is no charge to attend and light refreshments will be served. Brown Bag lunch welcome.
There will be a drawing at each talk for concert tickets.
