FORT COLLINS SYMPHONY GUILD
ABOUT

Mission

The Fort Collins Symphony Guild is a nonprofit organization whose purpose shall be to support and promote the growth of the Fort Collins Symphony financially, socially and educationally. The policies of the organization shall be in harmony with those of the Fort Collins Symphony Association Board. September 1964.

From our President

It is my pleasure to work with the 140+ men and women of the Guild to maximize our fundraising results and service to the Fort Collins Symphony.

I am frequently asked to address the difference between the Symphony Guild and the Symphony Association. Both organizations have the shared, cooperative purpose of supporting the Symphony.

The Symphony Association raises funds through grants and donations made directly to the Symphony and sponsors several events during the year which contribute to that purpose.

The Symphony Guild generally hosts at least one major fundraising event each year. In addition, the Guild receives funds from member and non-member donations which support events that educate the community about the Symphony, help children learn the joy of playing a musical instrument, cover fundraising expenses, and grow the Endowment Fund to support orchestra salaries. All profits find their way to the Symphony.

Join us in supporting the Fort Collins Symphony – this exceptional, all-professional orchestra that contributes so much to our community.
