Yoonjung Han, 23, received the “Most Promising Young Artist” award from the Korean Minister of Culture followed by Grand Prize at the Korea National Piano Competition. She has won prizes at many international competitions, including Ettore Pozzoli, Maj Lind, Web Concert Hall, and Gold Medal at the Wideman. Yoonjung has performed with the Helsinki, Seoul, Buffalo, and Mississippi Philharmonic Orchestras and has appeared at The Juilliard Theater, Finlandia Hall, Prague’s Mozart Museum, Carnegie Hall and Milan’s San Rocco Theater. Yoonjung is an alumna of the Curtis Institute of Music and continues her studies at The Juilliard School with Eleanor Sokoloff.
